When: Aug 21st to Aug 26th
What: Shenanigans, surely!

Here she is! XD
"Morning, mister. Are you trying to wreck my bedroom with that tail of yours or what?"

All the more reason to not screw up.
"Thought I'd make some coffee. For both of us."
There. That'd buy him some time. And at least now he knew he was at her place.

Faye tilted her head as she looked at Thash, because she was pretty sure coffee was one of those things he didn't like the taste of. At least, she couldn't remember ever seeing him drink coffee.
"Is something bothering you?"
She thought back to the previous night, wondering if she'd done something to upset him. He never usually got up and left her so suddenly, not without even the briefest of hugs and kisses.
she thinks he's curiously attractive, for a fishman
A wink and a grin at her, the effect of which was probably ruined by shark teeth. He was going to bullshit his way out of this or die trying.
basically a hot human but...somewhat sharky...
Faye smirked at his wink and moved the blankets aside to reveal the space of the mattress beside her, and also a leg.
"You could always come back to bed. You don't like coffee anyway. I'm sure I could find a way to help you relax..."

But it wouldn't be right. He couldn't get busy with a girl he didn't remember the name of. Curse his parents for raising him right.
"Sounds fun. But I gotta run to the head, back in a few..."
And he sidled out, or as much sidling as one could do with a tail that size anyway.

"Thash! What the hell?"
no subject
But one thing stuck with him. Why would she call me 'Thash'...That's not a nickname I have or pretended to have... He chewed it over a few minutes and then it hit him with a sudden drop in his stomach: she thought he was someone else. This morning's news was that he was just about the biggest possible cad.
So, shamefaced, he trundled back in.
"I uh...I'm not who you think I am. I'm not Thash."
He was willing to run from a great many wrongdoings but this was not one of them.

And this would be the moment where he transformed into his true shape. Except he couldn't. The will was there. The skill was there. He wasn't, like his brother, so traumatized that he was stuck in one form. Yet nothing happened, and continued to not happen for several very awkward seconds.

"What? What the hell are you doing?"
no subject
"I'm a shapeshifter. But for some reason I'm stuck..."
She would be perfectly justified in thinking he was playing a terrible joke, assuming Thash had that kind of shitty sense of humor.
"Anyway I can't say how sorry I am..."
no subject
"Sure, you're a shape shifter. One that can't shift shapes."
She rolled her eyes at him, then tilted her head at the apology, her eyes narrowing gently.
"What the hell are you talking about? Sorry for what?"
