[After several days missing, Ikki and Selphie finally returned, with tons of supplies for the Spades as well as other things that they could sell for money. Besides all that, though, Ikki made a small stop on an island to get a load of things and is not on his way to deliver them. He finds Roxas playing with his skateboard and decides to wait a bit before calling him.

Have an Ikki watching you go back and forth doing tricks, kid. Though he looks as if he wants something with you.]

[Roxas catches sight of Ikki before too long and he skids to a stop, flipping up his board into his hand. He grins and goes over to him.]

Hi Ikki! Where'd you go? What'd you do? Was it fun?

I went on a trip to release anger. I couldn't get the witch so I had to find another way to blow out steam.

[He smiles a bit at Roxas.]

How have you been all this time?

[Eheh, there's a question. He shrugs a little bit.]

Okay I guess. Glad the thing with the witch is over, everyone's back to normal.

[Ikki hums a bit.]

Or as normal as they can be after what happened.

[He gives Roxas a serious look for a moment before he speaks again.]

Come with me, I've got some things for you.

[He blinks, his eyes widening in surprise. He smiles at Ikki and follows after him.]

You do? Like what?

[Ikki goes to his room, letting Roxas enter first. There are several bags there, waiting to be opened, and all of them seem to be quite filled.]

Things that I figured would do good to you. How many changes of clothing do you have?

[This isn't what Roxas pictured when Ikki said he had something for him and his eyes widen again. It looks like a ton of things.]

Whoa, you brought a lot of stuff with you!

[Roxas glances at him again.]

I just have this really.

If what I got fits you and you like it, you're going to have more than just that. The clothes are in the first four bags.

[Go and start recollecting your spoils, Roxas.]

What, really?

[He's never had so much stuff in his life, even in the digital world he didn't have that much stuff.

Roxas opens the first bag and starts poking around.]

[Ikki moves closer, sitting on the bed and picking up another bag.]

Here you have new shoes and socks as well, assuming they fit. I think I got your sizes right, but the scale is different in this world from what I'm used to.

[If anything the clothes should end being a size too big, but for the most part they should be fine.]

[Most of his entire life he's worn one of two outfits, so clothes are something he never gave much thought to. He finds in the first bag a couple of shirts, including a hooded sweater. They did look a little big, but what he's already wearing is a baggy style to begin with, so it doesn't bother him in the least.]

[He gives him a bright smile. He pulls out a red shirt and looks at it. Would it be weird if he wore red? It's more something Sora would wear.]

[He smiles at the gratitude and remains mostly silent at the kid inspects the clothing. When he stops at a red shirt, though, Ikki speaks again.]

If you don't like something, just say so. I thought red could look good on you but if you don't like it there's no problem with leaving it.

[He will just sell the stuff or trade it at another island.]

It's okay, it's just Sora wears a lot of red I think. Wouldn't it be weird if I wore red too?

[Most of his strange dreams and memories have Sora in red.]

Only if you think it would be. Sora doesn't have ownership over the color red. Back in my world Seiya's always wearing red shirts, but that hasn't stopped me from getting one for myself, even if he was here I would pick it if I liked it.

[A pause.]

Now, if you started to style your hair like his and dyed it a darker shade... Now, that would be weird.

[Roxas laughs at that, shaking his head a little.]

I don't think I could! My hair is kinda stuck like this. I can't get it to lie flat, so I don't think I can get it to go in the other direction.

[He decides he doesn't mind having a red shirt. He pokes around the next bag, finding a couple of pairs of pants too.]

You're lucky then that it looks good on you. I think it's also shorter than Sora's, so even if you could tame it that way it wouldn't look the same either way.

[He grins, he's never thought of it but it's true. Sora's hair is a little longer, isn't it?]

Maybe not, but that's okay. I don't know if I'd want to look like Sora all the time.

[All in all, Roxas isn't that picky. Among everything he also finds a coat which seems somewhat necessary, considering everything. When he's done poking around at everything, he smiles again.]

You're welcome, you really needed that anyway.

[That still hasn't taken care of all the bags, though. Ikki stands up and picks one that seems pretty heavy before placing it in front of Roxas.]

Not sure if you will like it but... In this bag and the others back there is a full encyclopedia, lots of books with lots of things to read and learn about. There's also a vocabulary dictionary. And some exercises books for you to do if you want, not sure if you have ever heard about those before.

I don't usually read a lot of books. [It can't hurt him though.]

Is that like homework? I already have homework, Lea gave me some.

Those books aren't for you to sit and read but to consult them if you can't ask others or no one can answer you.

[He's actually surprised that Lea gave him homework.]

He did? What about?

Oh, like that! I see.

[Roxas nods a little bit. At his question he produces his notebook and holds it out to Ikki with his stupid assignment. He hasn't worked on it yet.]

[Ikki hums and chuckles as he sees it.]

I see, well it's homework but it's not of this type. You can do it whenever you want or are bored. They are the type that are used during the summer so the exercises are more like games than anything else.

[He goes to open the box with them and picks out one, opening it and showing it to Roxas. There are several drawings and questions that use those drawings as a visual reference, crosswords and soups of letters among other games.]

[Games huh? He leans over and looks at them, interested. Games tend to be fun, so it piques his interest.]

That doesn't look boring.

[Unlike Lea's homework which is very boring. Roxas glances at Ikki, tilting his head.]

So where did you go?

Since those books are intended to be done during holidays, making them boring would be a suicide. The idea behind them is that kids will learn new things while having fun.

[He examines the book a bit while Roxas glances at him.]

I told you, I went on a trip to release my anger. If you mean where I got those from, I didn't bother to ask for the island's name.
