Meeting of the Minds
Who: Everyone who chooses to participate
Where: Breakneck Cay
When: December 5th
What: A summit to get down to business and get this situation sorted out, L-Elf-style
Warnings: Possible violence?
Style: Any
Status: Open
Upon arriving on Breakneck Cay, if you can navigate the shoals safely and find safe mooring, you'll notice that the beach is more or less abandoned unless you count the countless shipwrecks an snarled piles of debris strewn across the shore. If you approach the jungle, you'll notice a makeshift sign pointing towards a path leading into the trees. There's a lengthy note tacked to it with a detailed map, an exhaustive list of rules and etiquette for participating in a military summit, and probably more if anyone actually got past the part with the map.
The meeting is to be held in a strangely silent clearing. Upon arriving, you'll find L-Elf sitting on the huge stone in the center, fast asleep. It's immediately obvious that this is not a social occasion or it at least wasn't planned by someone with any idea how to make guests feel comfortable. There's nowhere to sit except on the ground and definitely no refreshments. It might be a good idea to send someone back to the ship to pick something up if you want to make it through this thing.

It's a fruit from Sora's island and..and if you share it with someone you like, you'll be together forever.
[He's still blushing. This response is fairly new, in fact.]
no subject
[Roxas gets a face nuzzle of affection for that.]
I'm happy for you.
no subject
[He clears his throat.]
Did I tell you I met the boy with the stick? I mean, Draco? He does magic. Sort of like mine but not the same. I don't think he uses it for fighting much.

[Even by his world's standards his magic was just okay, for the most part.]
I did figure out my-Hey! Did I show you my trick?
no subject
[He then swishes his tail back and forth eagerly, as if to say "Show away!"]
no subject
Roxas sets it out of the way and goes back to Marco, kneeling on the ground.]
Watch this!
[He puts his hands together a moment before forming a rather small looking ball of light. It isn't much to look at, at least not until he aims it at the driftwood.
The destructive power is good enough to render it to splinters.]
no subject
Whoa, not bad kiddo!
Reminds me of Kizaru, eh!
A lot of Kizaru. But you did say it was light, so that'd be the same as his, eh?
no subject
[He's pretty proud. It was all his idea.]
no subject
Good job, yoi!
no subject
Thanks! ...I think. I got the idea because of Lea and his fire and all the stuff he can do. Why can't I do stuff like that? Turns out I can, I think, I just have to figure these things out! I never really thought it before and when I made the light ball the first time I was really really happy!
[It seems Roxas still hasn't been cured of his penchant for babbling.]

Well I can't do the same thing he does exactly. Light doesn't work like fire does. But I can do fire too. A little. I got some other new spells but I'm not sure how I should practice. I don't think the crew wants me to burn down the ship and the heartless aren't here. Not that I want that.
[He loses his train of thought when he doesn't think of a solution. He sighs a little. He's thinking about going home again, a melancholy settling over him as he does. Absently he pets Marco. He doesn't quite snap out of it, but he begins speaking again.]
Hey, you know what Lea did? He made sweet bread with vegetables! It was...um...
[Damn. He huffs.] I forget what kind.
no subject
Maybe next island, yoi. Or when you can come visit you can practice with us then.
Sounds good. I guess his time with us wasn't a complete waste haha.
no subject
I can't believe I forgot it. [He groans out the words.]
This isn't that hard! I mean...it's just a stupid vegetable!
[It's not just the squash he's forgetting, but he's becoming so much more aware of the problem that he's becoming so frustrated with himself.]
no subject
Vegetable?
no subject
[He groans and drops his head into his hands. Damn it.]
no subject
I don't really care that much.
no subject
I know. It's stupid. [He snorts.] I'm stupid.
no subject
Don't bother trying so hard to remember little things like that. Just focus on the important ones. Otherwise you'll only remember stupid things, and forget the important ones!
[Another feathery headbutt.]
no subject
I'm tired of forgetting everything. I know I can't seem to help it, but I hate it.
no subject
Cheer up kiddo, everyone forgets something sometimes.
no subject
[He sighs softly.]
I've heard it a few times. Lea hates it when I feel bad about this stuff.]
no subject
[Then just sits, and quietly stares.]
[If you know what he's going to say, why should he say it? :P]
no subject
I'm just frustrated. I've been remembering when I don't remember. I just get so mad. I can't hurt myself though.
[No punching things to make him feel better.]
