I'd like to speak to your captain! Your quartermaster sent me!

[He might hear the splash of her tail as she ducks under and comes closer to the decks, spying on him in the most curious of ways.]
no subject
Isn't that dangerous? Swimming in the harbor?
no subject
Is it? No one's ever told me that before.
[She's not looking around wondering what the dangers are...]

Ariel Open Threads
[For the most part she keeps to the waters around here, swimming around and keeping and eye on the ship from below, she does however come out, dry off and go into town at least once. Maybe to shop, maybe to check things out. She has a small bag of underwater treasures for trade and what not.]
[b: sailing]
[Sailing means different things for everyone. For Ariel it means scouting under water, making sure to find the right currents and report back. Keeping an eye out for danger that could come to the ship and trying her best to be helpful.]
[On board though it means enjoying the feel of the ship rocking under wave, stretched out on board and taking in some sun, tanning her legs and trying not to get frustrated if salt sea mists hit her and she gets a fin again. She loves her fin but sometimes it is problematic. Feel free to catch her coming back on board or join her as she rests.]
[c: camping]
[She's never been 'camping' before. Not like this at least. She's slept under the stars though, but that's nothing new. Doing it on a strange island with everyone else though sounds like a lot of fun. The last time they had a beach party she didn't have legs, so she had to sit to the side and try not to get tromped on. Now though she can dance around with the best of them, or go help get fire wood, or run about the island like the rest of the crew, so seriously, this is WAY better then not.]
[While camping Ariel will be found in a lot of different locations. Either helping where she can to set up, or simply exploring. Because this island is so full of natural water traps, she's had a few fin issues, so she's taken to having a long towel like scarf around her middle, like a belt, that if she gets wet, she can use that to dry off. Or try to.]
[At some point she wants to climb up the side of the tea cup and see the big palm tree. She also wants to take a swim in it's waters and see about those crystals. If there are any lose ones down there, she might see about taking off with them. Anyone want to go for a climb then a swim?]
C
He's left his heavier equipment in his cabin in exchange for more familiar, lightweight threads. While swimming trunks were great for, well, swimming, they don't have the best storage capabilities. Where's he supposed to stash all his candy? Besides, there's lots of places to wander where he'd prefer boots and protective clothing over wandering barefoot and bare-skinned. Like up the side of a teacup-shaped cliff?]
Heya Scales. What're you up to?
[Gaius waves as he sees the redhead.]
3/10 - on
If he wasn't out for a fly with Hiccup, the dragon was either poking his nose about the ship or gobbling fish up that someone might have freshly caught. On occasion one might find him napping near one of the railings or a stack of crates. And sometimes, sometimes he'd just be bounding around and rebounding off of walls and things like an overgrown cat, clambering up the mast or the bowsprit.
Once they were on land again Toothless would be exploring and rolling about or splashing in the water- nice fresh water and none of that salty stuff! Don't get run over by a hyperactive dragon, 'kay?
B
[It strikes him suddenly that he's never seen a young dragon, his father and the other Dragons were well over four hundred, and probably centuries older than that]
no subject
Which is why eventually he gravitates towards the poor guy that's been clinging to the railing, sniffing at him.]

I'm Sting. So you're Toothless?

It felt good to finally be rid of that arceus awful illness. Having a cold, while in pirateland, felt like death. But now that she was all better, you guys would find her doing the usual things on the ship. Doing inventory, reading a book or just hanging around the deck trying not to fall asleep. It was the perfect nap weather, after all.
B. Camping
SHE IS ALL OVER THIS ONE. She had dropped her usual outfit for something more vacation worthy. If she wasn't in her summer blouse and a pair of black shorts, she would definitely be walking around in a bikini (hey if Ariel could walk around in those shell, she can walk around in a damn bikini). Just like any pokemon trainer, camping was second nature to her, and on an island that felt like an organic resort? Well. Sun bathing, stargazing, lazily swinging on a hammock, sitting by the camp fire with her pokemon, or just hanging out inside Draco's magical tardis tent? Anything you could think of, she was probably doing, and she would definitely love the company.]
A
I feel so useless.

[She had planted herself on her pretty new chaise lounge, hoping to get some good reading in. But now she had to babysit the new guy. Don't get her wrong, it was usually her job anyway. But she never dealt with a seasick newbie before.]
I was the first girl ever in this crew. I don't know how to fight, and I'm pretty sure the captain originally thought I was a liability, but didn't want to say it to my face. Now look at me.
Surely we'll figure out what to do with you eventually.

[Slumps on the deck]
My stomach's trying to rebel against me. I swear.

[She unclasps one of the pokeballs from her belt and tosses it in the air. There was a flash and suddenly Garchomp appeared next to the blonde. Cynthia wasn't really sure if she introduced him to her pokemon yet. She was so used to the new people just meeting them eventually, that sometimes she just doesn't bother with introductions.
All this while keeping her eyes completely glued to her book.]
Sting, meet Garchomp. Chompy, don't bite him.

3/15 on, OTA
Because when Draco heard something about "camping", he instantly set off to the Backwater Brig and promptly spent half his savings on a wizard tent.
Which, honestly, he should've done sooner.
Like, over a year ago.
The thing has a bloody bathroom in it. All this time he could've had a loo all to himself!
Unfortunately, he wasn't able to afford a very fancy one. Much to his dismay. So no extravagant silk palaces surrounded by live peacocks, but rather something more similar to this one. A few bunks, a small kitchen, THE BATHROOM. It'll do.
He also picked up some chocolate frogs while at the Backwater Brig, as well as some Bertie Bott's. Because he's heard something about chocolate being important while camping? Though that might be a Muggle thing. Also, he promised to show Gan Ning some chocolate frogs.
And because he couldn't resist, Draco also got himself a few bottles of butterbeer. Annnd a bottle of firewhiskey. Because that seemed more pirate-y.
HE'S READY FOR CAMPING NOW.
(Also, if Roxas ever decides to come back, Draco still has that memory potion waiting for him. He can pop back over to the ship and get it any time!)]
3/17
Why is this tent thing here anyway?]
no subject
He pauses when he spots Roxas just outside the entrance, then lifts one of the flaps to head out and greet him.]
There you are. I was wondering when you'd be back.
no subject
[He offers him a smile, which is already progress.]
I wasn't sure, sorry. I went to see Marco for awhile. I was just...
[What did Gan Ning call it?]
Grieving. So he said I could go see him. I feel a little better now.
[The world didn't end, he has to keep living.]

Camping!
He looks more curious and less depressed than when he vanished off to the Spades. Time has done his sanity a little good.
He can be found peering into tents, poking at the firepit, swimming or getting ready to sleep under the stars.
One morning he'll be spending cleaning up his abused bedroom.]
Camping!
You sure you should be poking into other peoples' tents?
no subject
[He really isn't trying to snoop, more like figure out a puzzle.]

[Sits up] I'm Sting. New crew mate. I was probably passed out if we introduced on the ship.
