[This will be a general catch-all post for mingling! I'll just toss in weather for the next 2 weeks.]

10/16 - 10/20 [AT SEA, SAILING SOUTHWEST] - We'll mingle at our leisure! Ace's Devil Fruit power will push the weather at bay a little and it'll be mostly sunny skies. Also, they may encounter a ghost ship... OK, they will.

10/21 - 10/22 [ARRIVAL TO HEARTLESS ISLAND, LEAVING ON THE 22ND] - You guys can't blame Ace for a hasty escape this time!

10/23 - 10/25 [AT SEA, SAILING ?????] - The crew will be dealing with a sudden squall pending the arrival of a hurricane from the other side of the Heartless Island. As the crew may have to put everything into avoiding the hurricane, their course will be a bit... off.

10/26 - 10/27 [STONE NEST / KRAKEN NEST] - 'Nuff said. They'll leave once it becomes apparent they have nothing else to gain from being there. The weather, upon leaving, will likely be sunny because of Ace.

10/28 - 10/31 [FREE SAILING, MAYBE ISLAND #3'S INITIAL JOURNEY] - Barf. Ghost ships Round 2!

Almost two weeks. So I'm fine for a couple more. Now I'm about where I was before I died, a regular ordinary high school student.

[darknessinside]

[Doubtful.]

You said after a week you start to weaken. Having you...at your best would be beneficial for everyone, wouldn't it?

[reluctantjinrou]

[He shakes his head.]

It's not like that. When I drink blood I get stronger. A lot stronger than I am now, or was before I died. Now I'm about normal. I get all those things vampires do, better sense of smell, faster healing, speed...all of it. After a week that starts to fade and I become...well, normal.

[darknessinside]

Well, that stuff's handy, that's all I'm saying. Being stronger and everything else... But you know best, I guess. Just, you know, if you want. I'm here.

Is it? [He was genuinely curious.] I'm not sure how it would be helpful on the ship...and I can't bite you that frequently, I'd kill you.

[darknessinside]

Not necessarily just for the ship, but you never know what kind of situations might come up. Like that thing on that last island! You know, if we get into another fight. But anyway, I guess it's not really my business so I shouldn't push it. ...Though now I'm curious—what counts as too frequently?

[He scratches his head, thinking about it.]

I'm not that sure how fast it takes for blood to replenish. I think it's a few weeks. I was bitten four times in five days.

[darknessinside]

Huh. Alright, every couple of weeks then, I guess. Or maybe we can get someone else and take turns.

[reluctantjinrou]

I don't know. Maybe. This is the strangest thing I've ever had to plan.

[darknessinside]

[Barks out a quick laugh at that.]

Yeah, you're telling me... Well look, just. Come find me, I guess. When you need to. And we won't tell anyone.

[reluctantjinrou]

I'll agree to that.

[And somehow, he's made arrangements to remain alive, and he's not sure how he got there.]

I don't know how you guys can just...forget that I'm a vampire. That I'm some evil creature.

Evil creature is more of a stereotype than a definition, isn't it? I mean, you really don't seem very evil, Yuuki. No offense.

All of the vampires I met...even Tohru-chan were murdering people left and right. That's...pretty evil.

[darknessinside]

Have you murdered anyone?

[reluctantjinrou]

No, of course not!

[darknessinside]

So. [Shrugs, spreading his hands in a "See? Told ya" kind of way.] Not evil. Maybe you're just the exception, but still.

But I could kill someone. I could do that, what if I lost control and started biting you guys?

Then Sora and I would smack you in the face with our Keyblades? Man, I don't know. Don't worry so much about it. If it hasn't happened by now, I think you've got a pretty good chance of it not happening at all.

[That, he's not sure about.]

Just trust me. It'll be fine.

I...will have to trust you both.

[He sighs and looks out at the sea.]

Sometimes I wish I had left everything alone and just minded my business. I'm not sure how that would have turned out though. More stalking from Shimizu without a doubt.

[darknessinside]

Yeah, well, hindsight is 20/20, you know. But everything happens for a reason...I guess.

[reluctantjinrou]

I'm not sure what the reason was. It seems now like all the time I spent on my studies was for nothing because I'm not even going to go to university.

[He puts his hand to his stomach a moment.]

I didn't expect Tohru-chan to die either. Who would think that?

[He has regrets. Many regrets, despite what he told Masao.]

[Makes a face.]

Ugh, school... That's not a really a loss, right?

[Going for a teasing tone, but then he sighs.]

Alright, so sometimes life is just crap all around and nothing makes sense. And there's no point trying to figure it out because there's never going to be an answer that's satisfying. ...But really, I'm sorry about your friend.

I am too. There's a lot I should have told him...but I never did.

[He sighs softly.]

You're right, it's not satisfying. You didn't enjoy school?
