Really? I don't know, I never had a birthday before. Then again, I guess I'm not very old, am I?

I have to think about what day I should pick. I've been here a year and a bit now.

No, I just mean alive, I guess! I was in Twilight Town just over a year ago. I'm not very old.

OOOOOOOOOHHHHHH! So...maybe your birthday is like...TOMORROW!

Well it could be, I don't really know.

It should TOTALLY be tomorrow so we can have a huge, GINORMOUS party! We could invite the whole town, even! [Pinkie wiggles in places, giving a squeal of excitement!] Picking your own birthday is really EXCITING! If it were me, my birthday would be EVERYDAY!

Really? Birthdays are that fun? Um, okay, it can be tomorrow. What do I have to do?

[Pinkie jumps high in the air and gives a hoofpump!!]

[Her enthusiasm is pretty infectious.]

How do you make a birthday party?

Well, first, I need your name!

Oh, right! It's Roxas.

[He grins.]

Alright, Roxas! Let's get some things to prepare! Like confetti! And balloons! [Pinkie stands up, sort of prancing in place.] And a wagon!

I can help you with that! Um...what's your name again?

[He pulls out his notebook, he's gonna write it down.]

..huuuuuuh? It's Pinkie! [Didn't he hear her earlier?]

[Look, he's writing it down! The people in the Organization didn't seem to mind if he remembered things or not, but then again, they were there when he was a total zombie.]

Pinkie. Okay, I wrote it down. I'll memorize it!

Don't worry, Roxas, this'll be one birthday you'll NEVER FORGET!!

I'll do my best not to! I think it'll be fun. Have you been to lots of birthday parties?

It'll be WAY more than fun! It'll be super special FANTABULOUSLY awesome fun!

I've not only been to a whole BUNCHA birthday parties, I usually GIVE them!

[He grins and puts his notebook away.]

[Pinkie nods emphatically.] Yeah! I like making my friends smile!

That sounds pretty good, actually. It'd be good to make Lea smile!

Does he smile a lot?

Hmm, sometimes. He's my best friend. If I could think of something to make him smile, that would be really nice, but I don't know what he likes. Aside from ice cream, but I like ice cream too.

I could help you, if you want! I'm really good at making anypony smile! Maybe you can have ice cream cake for your birthday and give him the first piece!

I don't know if they make our favourite ice cream here. But that's a really good idea, I'm sure he'd like that. Is that what you do when you're making someone smile?
