Who: Crew of the Triton's Mistress and OPEN for all!
Where: Isla Empieza
When: October 25th-Onward
What: After the fog has rolled in, and the sky has grown dark the Mistress decided to dock on the nearest Isle until it passes. The problem being- that the damage has already been done. Little did they know what they were in for.
Warnings: Nightmares, violence, chaos
Style: Whichever you prefer. Action or Prose
Status: Open to all! Don't be shy! Bring your own nightmares along too if you like!
That unnatural fog had grown increasingly thicker during the morning hours, hindering the ability to navigate. Were it not for the lapping of the waves beneath one could forget the ocean even existed. Equally disconcerting was the distinctive lack of the sun. In it's place an oddly colored moon loomed over the horizon bathing the world below in an eerie glow. It's presence was ominous, one might even go so far as to say it was oppressive. No matter how much time passed, it continued to remain set in the sky as if it were staying there by choice, waiting to see the chaos unfold below for it's own amusement.
Steering the ship into port was faced with a few of it's own difficulties. Once the vessel had come to a rest, the crew would be free to load up on any supplies they required, partake of the local fare, or remain on the ship if they preferred. They could wait for a change in weather conditions in relative safety...
.. Or so it may have appeared.
For those fortunate enough- or unfortunate enough they could have spotted the ghostly vessels approaching, dipping in and out of the fog and mist. One touch is all it would take. One touch to act as a catalyst to all the horrors that were usually locked away in the recesses of one's mind. Much like Pandora's box, once those fears and phantoms were unleashed there would be no stopping them.
[OOC: As always feel free to add your own headers if you wish. Members of the crew, and those who are not members of the crew are encouraged to join in. It definitely would be interesting to see just how many nightmares we'll be able to share with one another and it's a great opportunity to build some cr!
One more thing~: If any of your nightmares take the form of a creature, person, what-have-you and you happen to have an account for them/it feel free to use them! You might want to give us the heads up in the topic as to whose nightmare it is!]
