PIRATES vs. NAVY BATTLE LOG
December 9th finds some new arrivals to this world, the same curious phenomenon that's been occurring for the past few months.
This time, however, the Navy is prepared -- or so they think.
They've got troops stationed around the island, and ships on the water to stop any arrogant, foolhardy pirates and would-be sailors from trying to make port.
So hit them with all you've got, but they're not going down easily...

"I was sort of hoping they'd be more distracted than not, and too busy to chase us, yeah?" the hope edged into her voice.

The navy's goals were to apprehend anyone that didn't match some sort of criteria, he didn't think they'd veer off that easily.
"Keep going, there's a thicket up ahead... the foliage is dense, you can hide in there." Meanwhile he was outpacing her, running across branches and swinging from one tree to the next. He decided.. he'd better slow down....
