Masquerade Ball - Totally not an ambush
Who: Anyone going to the Corsair Island Masquerade Ball!
Where: ...IDK?
When: April 26th - 27th (Early AM)
What: The Masquerade Ball + Ambush (12am)
Warnings: D for dancing, V for violence, A for Ace, L for Luffy
Style: Action or prose.
Status: Open to anyone attending!
There are going to be two main threads. One for the ball itself and the other for the Ambush! There will be an obligatory third thread for FASHION. Just remember to tag your muse in the subject header and OTA or 'Closed to ???' as you comment.

It was sick. Something that she had seen before, with those who were more beastly in appearance. Truthfully, someone that somebody with a weaker composition would empty their stomach's contents out with. Instead, with a wine bottle from her collection in hand, she only had a snarky comment to make:]
Hey! Like your food flame-roasted?
[To add to the already present blaze from the other firestarters, the bottle spread fire towards quite a few Naval Officers that may happen to be in Conchita's path. Hey, it was an experiment if anything.]

[But she will nod in thanks while wiping the blood from her face with a sleeve. And then, she will move on toward some of those already burning to death--ones who can't put up much fight.]

[Head still in hand, she reaches to once more withdraw the glass from her cleavage.]

[She raises the glass to her lips, kissing the rim of it momentarily. But then she'll raise it high, turning it. Red liquid, absent before, spills out, rippling outward as pure power from where it hits. The corpses creak and groan, shifting and getting to their feet. Certainly not good for much besides cannon fodder and a distraction.
She doesn't extend her power very far, she doesn't need much, and she can always animate more of the corpses. For now, though, there's about a good two dozen shambling around.]

[Conchita will even twirl a bit, letting the glass turn upside down and dangle in her hand. It won't break--it's magic. But it's time she get back to her feast, so she'll tuck it safely back where it was.]
