Masquerade Ball - Totally not an ambush

[It's the complete opposite of what Bonnie cares about, sadly. Knowing how most enemies worked, they were a little less willing to cooperate unless they've been captured. She's not looking to kill everyone, but anyone that stopped breathing during the skirmish?

Well, that's just how it was. They were too weak to work fighting pirates if they'd die that easily. Hearing someone speak to her, her foot on an officer's throat, she shrugged her shoulders.]

Oh, I can't promise that. If they get in my way, they're practically begging me to kill them!

[She gave a small sigh, using a wind spell to stop a good number of navy officers in their tracks. For now at least they weren't going to hurt them and that was a good thing.]

Then maybe I can be of assistance then, so then they won't be.

[A little irked at the offer, Bonnie replied huffily, taking the time to wipe off her saber with a bit of an officer's uniform.]

You can do whatever you want. Do you think they'll take care to not kill you?

[It seems she just wasn't going to get through to her. She wanted to do her own thing, which she didn't think was the best idea and she couldn't stop her. Instead she just nodded and used her winds of binding spell to capture a couple more.]

No, but it still doesn't mean we don't show them some compassion.

[She's trying her hardest to slash at them, but Fuu's making it rather difficult! Plus, she's still not sold on this whole "compassion" deal anyway.]

Do you mean weakness? Because that's all they'll see it as.

No. Compassion doesn't mean weakness because if they do then try and back stab you you'll be free to do as you wish, but in this case compassion would be to knock them out and leave them, or disable them in someway

[With her really long sword in hand she slashes at someone ankles, making them fall over.]

Ah, then we both have two different ideas of compassion. I'd rather just get rid of them now, before they meet an even worse fate.

[If they were to backstab the pirates that showed her skewed form of "compassion", then Bonnie'd be sure to pay them back tenfold.]

If they survive however, good on them! That just means they're strong.

You going to try and find the exit. I would figure that would be the best course of action.

Already? But-- [as she speaks, a bullet whizzes past her face, giving her a bit of a nasty cut. Which she immediately responds by turning around and literally throwing the saber at the man who fired the rifle, a darker look on her face.

Geh, they really weren't letting up. She immediately dashed towards the man, kicking the body out of the way after prying the rifle out of his hands.]

Fine, let's get out of here. It's getting crowded.

[Fuu was shocked at just what she saw, but she knew right now she shouldn't let it get to her. No, she had to keep going this time. With a nod she had staretd to make her way, deflecting sword attacked when she could, using her magic when it was needed and making sure that she tried her hardest to not get hurt.

But that wasn't easy. Every now and again she would miss someone and end up with a cut or two on her body, but she pressed on before turning a corner.]

The numbers do seem larger than before. I'm not sure if we could ever get out the way we came in.
