Masquerade Ball - Totally not an ambush

[She looked surprised for a moment. It was true that most of the people would be in here, but would that mean they are going to destroy ships? By now Kairi was close to a whisper.]

So are you going to help cause the unfortunate accident with the ships?

[Chandra leans in and pats Kairi gently.]

I am. And the gates. And the cannons. Listen for the kaboom come midnight.

[Nodded slightly, wondering why the patting, but she choose not to question such a thing.]

I will make sure to keep my ears peeled. [Which shouldn't be all that hard considering.]

But for now we enjoy ourselves with this delicious food. What do you think it is?

Well Kairi, I'm pretty sure this is cheese. [She takes a bite of a cheese cube.] And there's meat there too. Frankly I'm shocked that there's any meat left, with Ace here.

[She looked at the two, it wasn't exactly obvious to her but she should have really noticed what was cheese and what was meat, it was obvious now.]

Ah, they are just cut differently than what I'm use to seeing.

Haha, well, give it a shot.

[She holds out her platter.]

The triangle ones are kinda spicy, like there are peppers in them!

[She glances at them taking the one she was on about. It didnt look like it had an actual pepper in, but she assume maybe it had been mixed in when they made the meat....or something. She hadn't a clue how it worked. She put it in her mouth and started to chew. After about a few second she quickly went and grabbed the nearest drink and took a long gulp. God that really was spicy.]

Urk. That was seriously spicy.

I know, right? Isn't it good?

[Chandra eats another couple of pieces real fast, unphased. Spicy is the best, okay?]

It's...different.

[She wasn't sure what exactly to make of it never the less. But for now she will eat something else just to try and get rid of the after spicy taste.]
