Yeah, it is, but I bet you could find others you like.

[Sea salt will always be special, though.]

There are different kinds,too, not just different flavors. Don't know if they have them here, but it can't hurt to look around.

[He steals more food off Roxas' plate and chews it contemplatively.]

Like what? How do you mean?

[At this rate between them, he's going to have to get more food.]

Like soft serve ice cream, that thing they make when they mix pieces of candy in soft serve ice cream, gelato, sherbert, sorbet, I guess milkshakes count...

Man, now I'm hungry.

[Not that he's not actively eating at this very moment.]

I want to try all of it!

[He grins. Well if Lea is hungry, then he must be appeased. He holds up his plate higher in offering.]

[Lea's been helping himself to the food on it already, so he just takes more now.]

You're gonna get fat. Thatch's gonna tie a rope to you and use you as an anchor.

[Says the guy eating all the food on Roxas' plate.]

Yeah right!

[Roxas laughs at him, there's no way he's gonna get fat.]

We'll just roll you around the boat. Oh man, it's gonna be such a pain...

[Lea rolls his eyes exaggeratedly and steals another cookie.]

You're the one eating all my food. Maybe you'll get fat.

Nah, I can eat a horse and still be a total stick.

[He spreads his arms and turns from side to side, showing off his spindly, gangly physique. Now that he's not wearing his black coat, it's even more obvious.]

You are kind of a stick I guess.

[He pops a cookie into his mouth and chews on it thoughtfully.]

You're just now noticing this?

[Really, what's that look for?]

I never thought about it before! Why would I?

I don't know, I'd think you'd at least notice what I look like! You're always making fun of my clothes, after all.

[Which is totally uncalled for, mind you. Okay, so maybe it's a little vain of him, but he's feeling kind of insulted.]

I know what you look like! You're too tall and your hair is all red and puffy and goes everywhere. Now you're wearing weird orange clothes, not black.

They're not weird!!

[What does this kid have against orange and yellow?! They're perfectly good colors and they look good on him! Not everyone can be blond and wear whatever color they want! He has to plan things! And it's not like he can help his hair, either. This is just what it does. He could shave it off and it would be sticking straight up as soon as it started growing back.

And he's not too tall either. Roxas is a shrimp.

So there.

He's kind of pouting now.]

I don't know, I kind of like you in black. I'm used to it.

[Hmm, Lea looks unhappy about it. He disappears from his side while he's pouting and comes back with his new parrot, courtesy of Selphie and holds it up to his face.]

Do you want to hug my parrot to feel better?

[What? No. He wants his awesomeness acknowledged. Still, he's not going to be rude. He takes the parrot and hugs it to his chest, glowering at Roxas' over the top of its head.]

I'm not wearing black unless I have to, sorry.

[Roxas has to look away to avoid his glare.]

Okay.

[He's gone and done it again, hasn't he?]

Hey, this is your birthday party. Don't go making yourself sad again, you hear? You want the parrot back?

[He's got to start watching his mouth when it comes to this whole issue. They've fought about it before, but with Roxas' memory, there's no guarantee that he remembers the whole conversation. Even if he does, Lea's not sure he really made his point back then.]

I'm not sad. At least, I don't think so.

[He frowns a little bit.]

I made you mad, but I didn't mean to.

Don't sweat it; it happens. I get over it fast.

[He bonks Roxas on the head with the parrot. Before coming here, they hadn't really been able to spend together like this. There was always the time they set aside after missions, but they never really had a chance to go do things together, get in petty arguments, get mad at each other over silly, trivial things. No wonder Roxas thinks it's the end of the world every time something ticks Lea off.]

[Roxas will learn, probably. Getting to spend extra time with Lea is the best gift he could have anyway. He takes the parrot back with a grin and hugs it before putting it down again.]

Kay well you better. I can't ruffle your hair and fix it, you're too tall.

[Lea takes his bandanna off and leans down.]

Go for it.

[It's only fair, after all. He does do it to Roxas all the time, after all.]

[He grins and ruffles Lea's hair. It's a little harder to do, because his hair is so thick and spikey, but he can do it anyway.]

Now you should feel better.

[Obviously, because it works for him.]
